What is Past Life Regression Therapy?

Past Life Regression Therapy is a guided hypnotherapy technique that uses deep relaxation to help you access memories, impressions, or experiences believed to be connected to past lives. The goal is to bring unresolved emotional patterns, fears, or recurring life themes into conscious awareness so they can be understood, processed, and released.

How does a session work?

A typical session begins with a conversation about what’s bringing you in — a recurring fear, a relationship pattern, an unexplained physical sensation, or simple curiosity. From there, your practitioner guides you into a relaxed, hypnotic state using breathing and visualization techniques. While in this state, you’re invited to follow images, feelings, or scenes that arise, often moving backward through time toward an earlier “lifetime.” You remain aware and in control throughout — this isn’t sleep, and you can speak, pause, or stop at any time.

What might I experience during a regression?

Experiences vary widely. Some clients report vivid scenes — a place, a face, an emotion, a sense of identity. Others experience more abstract impressions: a feeling of grief, a recurring image, or a physical sensation tied to an emotional theme. There’s no “correct” way to experience a session, and what surfaces is often deeply personal.

What can PLRT help with?

Clients often seek out PLRT for:

  • Recurring or unexplained fears and phobias
  • Patterns in relationships that seem to repeat across time
  • A sense of unfinished business or unexplained grief
  • Chronic anxiety or physical symptoms with no clear medical cause
  • A general sense of disconnection from purpose or identity
  • Curiosity about the soul’s journey and personal growth

Many clients describe the process as bringing clarity, emotional release, or a renewed sense of perspective on present-day struggles.

Do I have to believe in past lives for this to work?

No. Many clients come in skeptical, curious, or simply open-minded, and that’s completely fine. What matters most is your willingness to relax, stay open to the process, and explore whatever arises — whether you interpret it as a literal past life, a symbolic story, or your subconscious mind communicating in metaphor.

Couples & Group Therapy

How is a group session different from an individual session?

In a group setting, everyone is guided into a relaxed hypnotic state together, using the same visualization journey. While each person’s experience is entirely their own — your scenes, impressions, and insights are unique to you — the shared environment often deepens the experience. Many participants find that being surrounded by others on a similar journey creates a sense of safety, validation, and collective energy that supports deeper exploration.

After the guided regression, the group comes back together for optional sharing, where participants can talk through what arose and connect common threads — without ever being pressured to disclose anything they’d rather keep private.

What does a typical workshop look like?

  • Opening circle — introductions, grounding, and setting intentions around purpose
  • Guided group regression — a guided hypnotic journey exploring past lives connected to your life’s purpose, gifts, or recurring soul lessons
  • Journaling — quiet time to capture impressions, images, and feelings while they’re fresh
  • Group sharing — an open, voluntary discussion where participants can share insights and hear others’ experiences
  • Closing integration — guidance on carrying these insights into daily life

What might I discover?

Participants often walk away with insight into:

  • Recurring talents, passions, or roles that have followed them across lifetimes
  • Soul lessons they seem to keep encountering in different forms
  • A clearer sense of “why” behind current career, relationship, or life struggles
  • A renewed sense of meaning, direction, or calling
  • Connections between past-life themes and present-day relationships or challenges

Every participant’s experience is different — some receive vivid scenes, others receive emotional impressions or symbolic images, and that variation is completely normal.

Is group regression as effective as one-on-one sessions?

Group and individual sessions offer different strengths. Individual sessions allow a practitioner to tailor pacing and questions specifically to you, while group sessions offer the added benefit of collective energy, shared reflection, and a sense of community around the exploration of purpose. Many participants attend a group workshop first to explore broad themes, then book an individual session to go deeper into something specific that emerged.
